UrMorning is operated by GenAccel LLC, a Texas limited liability company located in Frisco, Texas.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and GenAccel LLC ("UrMorning," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the UrMorning mobile application, our website at urmorning.com, and related services (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, signing up, purchasing a gift, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
UrMorning helps older adults with everyday tasks using artificial intelligence. The Service includes:
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
UrMorning uses Sign in with Apple to authenticate you. You are responsible for the security of the Apple ID associated with your installation. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Access to UrMorning requires an active subscription. Current plans (which may change with notice) include:
Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. Apple processes all payments. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may differ in other regions.
All refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store are handled by Apple under their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can buy UrMorning as a gift for another person. Gifts are charged separately through Stripe and are not App Store in-app purchases.
Gifts auto-renew at the same price each year. You can cancel at any time from the gift success page (the page shown immediately after purchase) using the "manage your gift subscription" link, or by emailing support@urmorning.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period continues for the recipient until the natural end date.
You may request a full refund of a gift purchase within 7 days of the purchase date by emailing support@urmorning.com. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and may be partial or denied. We may decline a refund if the gift has been redeemed and substantially used.
If you cancel a gift subscription (or it fails to renew), the recipient retains access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. Access ends at the natural end of that paid period — we do not cut off the recipient mid-period.
UrMorning does not send any text or call to the gift recipient. You are responsible for sending the gift code from your own phone and for ensuring the recipient is willing to use the Service.
UrMorning is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The Service provides general informational guidance generated by artificial intelligence. AI outputs may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. You agree that:
In an emergency — chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe injury, smelling gas, signs of stroke, thoughts of self-harm, or any other life-threatening situation — call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. UrMorning is not an emergency service.
You agree not to:
The Service, including all software, text, design, and content created by us, is owned by GenAccel LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as photos), but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and use it to operate, improve, and provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output is accurate, complete, or reliable. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that you understand the limitations of artificial intelligence, that AI may produce inaccurate or misleading output, and that you assume all risk associated with acting on output from the Service. You agree that GenAccel LLC is not responsible for any decision you make or harm you suffer as a result of relying on the Service instead of consulting a qualified professional.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GenAccel LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any content you submit; (d) any action you take or fail to take based on information provided by the Service; or (e) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law. Account deletion removes your personal data from our systems and our processors, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app, on our website, or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Please read this section carefully. It limits how you can bring claims against us and waives certain rights, including the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.
Before filing any claim, you agree to email support@urmorning.com with a description of the dispute. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and GenAccel LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, or by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Collin County, Texas. The arbitrator will apply Texas law. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and GenAccel LLC waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
This Section 15 does not apply to: (a) claims brought in small-claims court (either party may bring an individual claim there); or (b) claims to enforce or protect intellectual property rights (which may be brought in court).
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your full name, the email associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Mail or email the notice to:

If you opt out, neither party can require the other to arbitrate, but each party retains the right to litigate in court under Section 16. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 15, you and GenAccel LLC agree that the exclusive venue for any action arising from or related to these Terms or the Service is the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If you obtained UrMorning from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and GenAccel LLC, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of a non-conformity of the Service to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. You and GenAccel LLC acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them against you.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
